Years ago, we gave up the beach and the sunshine of South Carolina, and made our way inland (waaaaaaaay inland) to a small community town in the Midwest. "Why?" you might ask (as many did...and we may have even asked ourselves more than a couple times during the moving process). Well, let me tell you something about this little town in Nebraska:
